Shipping Information
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Yardlio. The following are the terms and conditions that comprise our shipping policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we have a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow for additional transit days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders are shipped in double boxes with full insurance for added protection. The majority of in-stock items will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed or paid for after regular business hours will be shipped the following day. We use a variety of shipping methods provided by various shipping companies. We may contact you for additional order verification of the payment method for your protection.
Our product shipping restrictions apply only within the United States. We do not accept international orders and thus do not ship merchandise outside of the United States.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Delivery delays do occur on occasion.
Yardlio only ships to addresses in the United States. We do not ship orders outside of the United States.
All orders will receive free shipping.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Yardlio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if you received your order damaged.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
